At Millennium Arts, every canvas is made and packed with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We do not offer returns on any orders.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are delivered damaged or defective.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must raise the request within 3 days of receiving the order
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product and packaging must be provided
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Non-Eligible Exchange Requests
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Size-related concerns
- Color variations due to screen/display differences
- Change of mind
- Quality-related preferences or personal expectations
- Minor imperfections that do not affect the overall appearance or functionality of the artwork
Important Notes
- Exchange requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted
- If approved, the replacement product will be shipped after verification by our team
- Millennium Arts reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions
